Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PluckLead (the “Service”), operated by PluckLead(“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PluckLead monitors publicly available content on Reddit and LinkedIn for keywords you supply, performs AI-assisted analysis, and surfaces results in your dashboard. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass users, or distribute malware.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
  • Reddit and LinkedIn each have their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with those terms. See our LinkedIn Disclaimer.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party language models, accessed through the OpenRouter gateway. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before sending them to anyone.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by PluckLead. You retain ownership of content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably consider harmful to other users or to us.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
